    Rooting Droid X Help please...

    Hey all,

    please dont blast me for not looking on forums about this but I have done so and there is so much mixed information out there. I am looking to root my DX. I am not savvy w this stuff and dont want to brick my phone. Can someone give me the easiest sure fire way of doing this with an unrooting option is it Z4root? If so what version as I am running DX w launcher pro plus. SW version Version.2.3.340.MB810.Verizon.en.us. I want to root for wireless tether for my new IPAD. Thanks

    I am rooted and rocking wireless tether on my iPad he'll yea....just wanna make sure there is no way verizon can tell I am doing this right
