slow scrolling

Has anyone had scrolling issues since 2.2?

My finger moves about 1/2" before the screen moves.

Didn't do that before.

Vertical and horizontal act the same.

I thought it was just me but scrolling is nowhere near as responsive as it was in 2.1 thought about factory reset but hate to lose all of my apps.

Scrolling is terrible in some forums, especially where there is flash! You have to flick it to get it to be responsive.

You could try launcher pro or adw. Much smoother scrolling, very responsive, and smoother in general. Overall gets rid of the choppiness from the stock UI

The build.prop mod also makes scrolling smoother.

All scrolling has a delay.

Same, I use launcherPro / ADW and both are laggy. Ive tweaked all my memory settings in both and it still persists.

Yes, you need root to edit it. Go to the battery link in my profile and scroll down to the build.prop link, it will take you to the thread.
