    Droid X Support Page Now Shows 2.2 Is Available.

    As of 10:15 am EST my attempt to pull the update didn't work; It said my phone was up to date.

    Mines not rooted and it still tells me I'm up to date on 2.1. Sounds like the marketing got ahead of the reality.

    The schedule date is tomorrow 9/22. Just a quick question, will the update be a clean install and wipe out everything?

    I have Version 2.3.9...when this update thats coming is 2.3.15...

    Since mine is the leaked version I have been told that I wont be able to update OTA...since the update coming is a newer version than mine, shouldnt I still be able to update it?

    no. moto has blocked the OTA for rooted devices and those running leaked OSs. It has nothing to do with newer/older
