How do I add entryies to the Corporate Directory. Its an app that came with the Droid X and I'd like to use it for my most frequent phone numbers and email addresses.

It doesn't work like that. It accesses the corporate exchange contact list. If you want to add the most frequent phone numbers and addresses, add it to your local exchange contact list.

I guess what I want to do is have two contact lists. One with about 120 contacts, most I seldom have need to contact but about 20 of them are regular contacts. Is there a way to have two directories????

Not sure, I do know the base motorola contact list has some nice options. They have a favorites tab and the ability to filter contacts.
