Displaying AM/PM in status bar

At the top right of the Droid X status bar (I'm on the official 2.1-update1 version btw), the clock that sits to the right of the 3G status and Battery status only displays as "3:28".

I know it's 3:28 PM, but I was wondering if there's a way to force it to display that. I see screen shots of other Droids with a clock that displays AM/PM, but on my Droid X I can only find an option to set it to military time (under Settings >> Date & Time).

Anyone know?

Not for the notification bar but there is an app Tajm that displays time in words with AM/PM...

I think this is included in Froyo, my droid now shows it and I don't think it did prior.

LOL - I was coming back to say the same thing - for the life of me I had not noticed it as I keep my notification bar hid...just opened up a msg and there it was...I would agree with it being in 2.2 update...
