    Different notification tones (text) for different contacts?

    I know you can use different ringtones for different people in your contact list but can you use different notification tones for texts from different people in your contact list?

    Ringo lite is a great app for doing exactly what you are looking to do

    Thanks but does this only let you use their (Ringo Lite) predefined ringtones or can you use your own or the DX ringtones?

    It lets you use anything you want, stock, downloaded and even ones you make yourself with another great app called ringdroid or any other way you make them yourself.
