Converting X videos to .mov or .mp4

Can you convert X videos to .mov or .mp4? When I search on google I can find is how to convert videos from pc to droid x video files. I want the other way around

If you transcoded a video from a compressed resolution for a mobile device so that it would be a higher resolution video, it would look like crap (to put it lightly). I don't recommend doing that if I were you, it isn't worth the end result. The bitrate would be so low you wouldn't even want to watch it.

I use catalyst to convert the 3gp videos from the phone to mp4 and have had some success with it. They have a free version and a paid version ($10.00). I tried the camcorder for the first time at my brothers wedding and the video really came out nice.

Ok I misunderstood. I was thinking a dvd that was compressed to fit the X, not a video made from the X. Sorry....

DVD Catalyst 3 will do the job for sure.

I use handbrade (free app-http://handbrake.fr/) to trans-code my videos that I have from various formats to .mp4.

I haven't tried it but I do believe that it will trans-code 3gp videos to .mp4.
