About LinkBacksI bought a "never activated" droid x on ebay. The phones has a clear ESN and is activated on my account. Does the 1 yr warranty still apply? I am getting conflicting answers. Would appreciate an answer.

07-26-2010 09:47 AMI've done this in the past and Verizon honored the warranty. If I'm not mistaken after 30 days they will replace with refurb. When asked where I purchased the phone, I told them "third party". They had no issues.
