Voice says "Verizon Wireless" anytime a call is connected.

Does anyone else not like this feature? Before my phone starts ringing whether it be incoming or outgoing calls a voice says "Verizon Wireless" rather loudly. This isn't a huge deal when making a call, but it is super annoying when i am receiving one. How do I turn this off? Can i turn this off? I have looked every where it should be in the setting, and everywhere it shouldn't be as well. I have called Motorola and VZW, no one had any idea how to turn it off. HELP.

Or right before an incoming call? Very annoying. It just started last night

I never had that issue, pretty weird. Sorry I can't help but I posted because I'm interested in what this phenomenon is.

No I'm at my house. It just seems to be a "piss me off" thing

it does it 2 times before the ringtone comes on and does it ONCE when I call someone (says VERIZON WIRELESS before it rings)

Shot in the dark here, butcheck that there's a ringtone selected. I've never had your problem, but there's a default ringtone that is used if the phone somehow loses your selection.

Good thinking, but it does it for incoming calls as well

Pretty sure the solution is to goto Settings > Call Settings > Caller ID Readout - and change it to Ring Only (rather than caller id - which is announcing its a verizon call)
