help with phone

Phone is going back to verizon for warrenty. reason is software related. I had some issues with GB gps not working but working with froyo. I flashed back to froyo and gps works update to gb and it don't. anyways I sbfed back using the linux live sbf way then I upgraded to GB that way is there anything else I need to do to make sure they know I was not rooted. whats the current gb builds baseband kernal and build.
