Yes, there is. Go to the Market and download and install MultiPicture Live Wallpaper - Android app on AppBrain Then follow the directions to set up all your screens with individual wallpapers...
Bagz Droid Razr, Most Nearly Bone Stock...Rooted...ROM`d too many times to list...and still kicking iPhones in the @$$ on a daily basis....
