I need Help with Google Voice Callback

i have a google voice number and a voxox number. i have installed google voice and google voice callback on my Droid X. everytime i call a number it never calls back. i listened to the phone i was trying to call and i get the "enter password" like i called from my phone and trying to check voicemail. i know i am doing something wrong. PLEASE HELP.

PS: I did search before i posted this and couldnt find an answer.
