GB Downloads But Doesn't Install

It looks like a few people are having this problem. What is the best way to fix it? I'm a Droid Newbie, so I'm kinda lost.

I was able to unroot and download it just fine, but when it reboots, I get a pop-up window that says update failed.

Hopefully someone can help.

I did remove some pre-installed apps like Madden, Blockbuster, etc. Is that part of the problem?

if you froze some of the games and like VZ navigator, e-mail, text messaging you should be fine. as long as you didn't freeze any of the "behind the scenes" programs you should not be having any issues.

is this just with the market, or from the browser/apps as well?
i would go menu/setting/applications/manage apps/ market and clear cache and force stop the app and see if that helps.

i have no issues, but did a data/cache wipe before GB install.

I removed some of the games and apps that I didn't want. Any behind the scenes stuff I didn't touch or freeze.....but now I'm unrooted. I will try to clear the cache before I try to install them.
