    Root on Gingerbread

    I have the new Gingerbread OTA installed. Is there any way I can go back to Froyo in order to install the rooted Gingerbread .596 via the 2 file method? I messed up and really want the rooted version. Thanks!

    As far as I know you can SBF back to froyo. That would be the only way.

    Yes, you'll have to SBF to .340

    I unrooted, downloaded the update, but it won't let me install it.
