About LinkBacksSo I've been hearing the term deodexed for awhile now, so I decided to look it up, and from what I understand, using a deodexed rom allows for theming the rom itself (as opposed to using adw, launcherPRO, etc etc). Am I correct in this. And is Rubix Focused 2.0.1 deodexed, cause I installed a theme for it called "Watermark" so if I was able to do that, that means my rom is deodexed right?

04-14-2011 04:58 PMYes all. 340 roms were deodexed. Even the 1st GB leak was later rooted/deodexed. The current GB leak hasn't been deodexed as yet, but I believe you can manually do it yourself with a few easy steps.
Edit: it seems the new GB leak has now been deodexed. The patch is available now.Last edited by timelord; 04-14-2011 at 05:08 PM.

04-14-2011 07:14 PMSince there arent any aosp themed custom roms yet what I did was deodex and install a theme to get the aosp gingerbread status bar and the crt screen off animation.
Running rooted Droid X with Apex 2.0 Alpha 2 & ULV at 1.15 ghz -
