turn off wallpaper completely

Hi there,

This sounds a silly question. I want to complete turn off wallpaper. Just a blank background. I wound imagine it is as simple as pick a <blank> like in windows. but I can't find how to do it. Please help.

I dont know for sure if this can be done or not. What I would do is just find a blank black wallpaper and use that. I would think that it'd save you a lot of hassle. Just my .02 tho

Put your finger over your camera & take a pic; then apply as wallpaper.

i can confirm a transparent .png shows up as a black background. so the finger over camera works, or type black into google image, and longpress, apply as wallpaper.
