About LinkBacksWhat's going on with otterbox's ordering system? It sucks I ordered my case for the droid x on 11/17 its 11/30 and it still has not come and I talked to someone in customer service and the gave me a fedex tracking number but have yet to ship the case! I just don't get it.......

11-30-2010 05:02 AMI ordered mine the day they came out(15th) and my status would say shipped then would change to being proccessed but I got mine the 20th.

11-30-2010 04:27 PMI ordered my Defender on the 19th. Received both confirmation e-mail and my receipt on the 20th with a Fedx tracking #. I was away for thanksgiving, went to fedx with my tracking # and my status was unchanged.
Date/Time Location/Activity
Nov 20, 2010 8:36 PM /Shipment information sent to FedEx and that is where it stoped.
I called OB on Monday 11/29, 35 min on hold, they had the same info as I had, they went to track it on the Fedx website, and could not figure out what the problem was. I was given the option to re-order and get free shiping. I will let you know when I receive mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I noticed on the OB website today, that my new order was still being processed, No e-mail confirmation, or Fedx Tracking #. I called 2 hours ago, I was told that they will ship it out ASAP, I still have received no e-mail notifications! Will Update with any additional info!DROiD X, 2.3.3 Liquid 2.6 (CM7)

11-30-2010 06:36 PMI never recieved my first one through USPS. They list it. Called Otterbox and they sent another through FedEx. I love it. Worth the wait.

How can you tell me one day its shipping and I call the next to check and now my order that was suppose to ship is now backordered
