Theming Question

Does anybody know if or how I can set the background to some apps like phone, sms, etc.? But have different backgrounds for each app. I also want to know if I can set one background picture for each homescreen.

Handcent - a mms alternative has the option to have a different background for every conversation - and there is an app in the Market called multiwallpaper or multipicture LWP - that will allow you to have a different wallpaper on every screen
