Looking for a mod, or theme, or app

Im not sure which it is to be honest. I have seen it in a few preview shots on some of the themes here, but I cant, for the life of me, find any information on it.

What im interested in is the green battery bar up at the top of the screen. Anyone have any info on this on how i can get it into my UD1.0 rom?

That's from the MIUI rom. I don't know if it can be ripped out of it or not.
