Ok so my phone is running well its rooted and im trying to get Metamorph to work but it wont load the themes. i downloaded the new file extention transfer tool and its not seing the file when i try to find it to tranfer it the new file extension. Im not even sure if im downloading the right themes at this point. The XDA website is refering to different types of roms(CyanogenMod 4.2.9.1, Dwang 1.13
, , and AOSP 1.6
) im not sure i can use or even have on my motorola droid 1.Please heellp?! lol

I am using busy box i believe but still cant load the themes and am getting this error message "
the theme you selected is invalid because the theme control file could be missing or is not correctly written.
"

Where are you getting your MetaMorph themes from ?

It could be your theme file is in fact invalid...also what exactly are you trying to theme with MM ?

I've gotten several themes from link s on this site. Hopefully ones that use busy box. To be honest I'm not sure whats what when it comes to using roms and what the difference is. I've downloaded the glass theme and opened the zip file. Then tried to open and edit the phone part odd the glass theme and received the previously posted error message. When I try to edit anything else it says folder empty. I'm using astro file manager to navagate.

So you are downloading a MetaMorph File and trying to edit it on your phone and then cannot get it to apply via MetaMorph because of the invalid theme file warning ?

u have to make sure the file inside the zip u r trying to install reads the same as the zip itself...thats what i had to do yesterday using root explorer..if that is what ur asking

No. I'm either getting the error message or the un zipped theme folders are showing up empty through metamorph. For example while metamorph and while I navigate through download unzipped themes the folders are blue. When I click on them to use that part of a theme the folder says its empty so theres nothing to click on. I got lucky when i downloaded the glass theme and tried to change the skin on the phone part of the theme and opened that folder it showed the metamorph icon next to the file and it allowed me to click on it but then I got the error message I posted earlier.
