HTC Evo theme on my 2.2 Droid X

This is a discussion on HTC Evo theme on my 2.2 Droid X within the Droid Themes forums, part of the Droid Hacking category; Can anybody advise if this is possible and if so, how to do it? I just got the 2.2 update last night - not rooted....

    HTC Evo theme on my 2.2 Droid X

    Can anybody advise if this is possible and if so, how to do it? I just got the 2.2 update last night - not rooted.

    Oh, and I'm talking the theme as a whole - including the curved "Phone" bar at the bottom. Not just the flip clock and weather widget (which I already have via Fancy Widget).

    You're going to have to be rooted to install almost any theme on an android phone.

    I dont mind rooting but only if it's for a pretty similar replica of HTC's theme. Do you know if one exists?
