Transparent Status Bar and Shade for Rooted Droid!

would like to know how you did this. I know where the .png is and can change it but when i put it back on the droid it gets stuck in a loop. I tried it re signing the file and without I'm stumped. any info would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Make sure Busybox is installed and use ADB.

How did you make this theme. I have the status bar you made and it's great! Would like to make one of my own. I know how to get to the .png files I need to photo-shop and put them back. What steps do I do after that. I tried signing the .apk and tried it without. even tried modified the file right off the droid in photo-shop. what am i missing. I think it may be the way I am repacking it. Help?

I would think if you edited the status bar item and header in the same apk, something could be done. I don't have time to try it out right now, maybe in the next couple days.

we need to incorporate all these cosmetic mods into a gui user friendly app like winterboard or springboard on iphone I know we got cover apps that run alongside home such as gde open home but winterboard style have to admit is easy and kicks butt

is it safe to redo this while running 2.1? I lost the original change when updating to 2.1 and would like it back but i dont want to mess anything up.

DO NOT USE THIS IN 2.1 it is very unsafe! I am restoring as i type this.
