    progress bar color change fix

    does anybody know how to change the color of that dam progress bar you know that bar that is in the web brouser at the top or the or the bar you get when playing with the voulume ya that bar so i looked inside of the framework apk and swaped out the file but when i installed the zip all of my theme changes where there but the progress bar it was that ugly red color that ud put in there so what am i doing wrong?

    please olny reply if u have a fix thanks
