you'll have to wait till someone does the framework and a few other things before you can apply it to that. I had one and tried porting a few themes, tis much more difficult than one would think for a newbie like myself. I sold my incredible for a driod x or i'd try to port some of the theme.
As for the widgets as long as they are for 2.1 rom most should work if you get them added to an update zip you can only install that way since the nand isnt' fully unlocked onthe incredible
