    I'm using ADW Launcher, you can get it from the Market for free. The icons I'm using are all in the theme or in the Wallpapers & Icons folder in my OP.

    To get the shortcut icons to the bottom you must go into ADW's UI settings and remove the Desktop Dots, Closing Dockbar, LAB, RAB, and make sure you have Hide All Apps Bg and Hide AB Bg checked. Once you've done that you will need to hold the checkered app box on the homepage and swipe up, this brings you to the area where you can drop shortcuts to the bottom. ***Hint*** If you go to ADW's System Prferences, and go to Swipe Up actions and choose "Open/Close Dockbar" then all you have to do is swipe up anywhere on your screen and it will toggle the apps box and the apps that are aligned. Magic!!!

    Hope this helps... hit me up if need further explanation.
