    Some Dev help please!!!

    Ok, so i'm doing a lot of work on my framework-res.apk to get my bugless beast 1.1 looking the way i want it...

    My question is this... is the transparency effect in an XML file? I want to make my notification bar BLUE glass TINT instead of smoked glass tint and i'm having trouble finding ways to alter the tint color... Any links or help would be appreciated...
