    [MM] Black Ops and Black Widow Hancent theme

    These are the preliminary release of these themes! Updates to come in the future with more themed items, these are just the preliminary. Updated will follow when I figure the pop-ups/text boxes out a bit more!

    This is a MetaMorph Theme, MetaMorph 1.9.8.6 is suggested and delay set to 5000 is also suggested.

    Black ops:




    Black and green themed handcent

    Black Widow:




    Red and black themed handcent

    Download here:http://dl.dropbox.com/u/7092472/BlackWidow.zip

    Installation instructions:
    1. use root explorer to move *com.handcent.nextsms-1.apk from /data/app to /system/app (*com.handcent.nextsms.apk on 2.1 systems) and Rename it Handcent.apk
    2.download and move the theme .zip to /sdcard/androidthemes
    3. use Metamorph to unzip the theme's .zip.(a theme control error will be thrown, just restart Metamorph and the xml is within the BlackWidow folder)
    4. Install theme with metamorph using the XML.
    5. Reboot phone (will be needed for android to find handcent again)
    6. re-install desktop icon and enjoy!

    OP updates with Black widow theme.. still needs work, but that can come tomorrow!
    2.2 update =0, 1.1ghz ULVChevyNo1 7slot, setcpu on demand, wifi tether. 196 on a short benchmark, I can't complain too much!

    tried to install the black/green theme. MM would say its installing for at least 3-4 minutes. then it would force close. about to try the black widow theme to see if it does the same.

    It looks like you need to make the popup images into .9 PNG's. I had the same issue trying to make my own popup until I figured that out.

    to adjust the speed, on the main screen where you can choose to extract new theme or pick existing, hit menu then select preferences... the speed adjuster is at the bottom

    Now with my launcherpro theme done, I will return to this project to clean everything up. Will update everything when done!

    1.) Have you moved com.handcent.nextsms.apk from /data/app to /system/app?
    2.) Have you renamed com.handcent.nextsms.apk to just Handcent.apk?

    Reason I ask is that those are the only 2 things that I know of that would cause MM to hang like your explaining. If you have, I will take a look at it tonight when I get home from work.

    Yea I renamed everything correctly, I got the red one to work but I really wanted the green. Someone else posted the same problem with the green.

    Red link is broke, and I cant get the green one to load on mm? Followed every direction on this thread too?
