new user please help

I just got my droid yester and I have a ton of questios
1 what's a theme?
2 how do you put it on?
3 how do debug your phone?

Please forgive my ignorance. Your help will be MAJORLY appreciated.

Start by using the search to search How to root 2.1 from there you will become a busy person. There is to much info and to many options to just gain a straight answer to those questions. But the order will be....root.....rom.....theme.....
You should as a new user really read into it and ask questions from there. I'm not being rash and would answer any questions you or anyone have but you need a grasp on the process before you just start taking random advice.
