Looking for the skinable battery app...

So, in many screenshots to preview themes there is a battery icon that matches the theme.. Can anyone direct me to what this is?

I've already succeeded in installing Panda Home and Weather Widgets, which are amazing, and I think the battery app is the last piece of the puzzle.

It's called Battery Status. It's a paid widget, but I think it's only like $.99... worth it! I have it on my phone. Some of the skins are worth it to begin with!
