After three boot loops, it finally came up and is running. I HATE reboots and boot loops, so my fingers are crossed that it'll be ok from here. But hey, that's what back ups are for

Is it possible to push this into framework from my phone?

Use Terminal Emulator (free from the market) and after placing the services.jar on the root of the sdcard, type in:

su
sys -rw
busybox cp /sdcard/services.jar /system/framework
sys -ro
reboot

Remember to get the spaces where needed and to press the enter button after each line.

You can already do that on The UD 1.0.0 by going to The settings and then go to Ultimate Droid. Then go to User Interface, Then hit status bar and uncheck the show clook. Just reboot you will have no clook.
