here's what you need to do to the helix .apk file in order for this to work:

- Install the app by downloading the apk in the OP and running it via Astro/Linda/RootExplorer/etc.
- Copy the app from /data/app/com.projecthelix.launcher.apk to /system/app/com.projecthelix.launcher.apk using Root Explorer or terminal or adb.
- Install Metamorph from the market (free) and apply my theme: Helix_Smoked.zip

you should be able to just download the file, then using a file explorer program move it to the correct locations from your downloads folder

Found a easy way around my problem. Got folder organizer from the market. When you open that you can press the menu button and click new shortcut (I think). You can then change the name and select new icons to suit you. It will also let you select icons from other iicon packs you have downloaded. You just have to long press the new folder and select add items and check the ones you want in thatshortcut. then long press an empty space, select shortcut scroll down to folder organizer label and select the one you want. Pretty easy.

how's it work? i used to use appsorganizer but i hated how damn slow it was to open the folder, so i went back to the stock folders. the stock folders open instantly

It lets you create shortcuts, within each shortcut you can put in multiple apps. You create it, name it, choose an icon and then select the Apps you want to put in. I got the free version and it works great. Download it and there is a link to a video tutorial.
