Ok...my situation is a bit odd/different. I've never had the "Verizon Wireless" via the pull down, or visible from the lock screen. Tried the Pulldown Editor, the new one, and was hoping to add my own custom text, and nothing shows up.
When I got my Droid...I was an Alltel customer who got absorbed by the Verizon buyout. My phone never said "Verizon Wireless" even in the About Phone/Status as shown below. Now...I've never wanted the "Verizon Wireless" in there...but was hoping to add my own customization. Has anyone else had this issue?
