Live Wallpapers?

Ok.. noob moment here... I downloaded a few live wallpapers from the market.. now I can't find them! I can see them under manage apps but thats it. Not in my gallery's, not in my app drawer or Astro.. Yes, I am rooted (DM 2.0.6)... How do I load these?

Wallpaper isn't a catagory in settings... do you mean long press on the home page, select wallpapers? if so, then yes... they are not in either gallerly.

Assuming you have the necessary rom, hit the menu button while on your home screen>add>wallpaper>live wallpaper

+ADD is greyed out... I was under the impression I could use live wallpaper with Sholes 2.0.6... is this not the case? or do I need to go the metamorph new them route?

DroidMod 1.0 will give you live wallpapers with the absence of interactivity.

He means they are not interactive. They move but not to the touch..., The new COW ROM has the hero launcher and the live wallpapers are interactive with the 2.1 launcher. You find you live wallpaper by... Menu>Wallpaper>Live wallpaper>find it , click it, forget about it...

2.06 does not support live wallpapers. You have to go do DM 1.0

^^^ Makes sense.... Was trying to avoid it because I like the smoked glass ROM.. But I got metamorph this am and downloaded one of the themes.. so I'm getting more comfortable with it... Gonna have to take the plunge to 1.0 I guess..
