smoked glass 2.1 launcher??

Im sure you get a million of these
but I don't have time to scan through the threads to find exactly what I'm looking for(i have tests)
I currently have the DMUpdater
and i have the new 1.0 mod(which is based off of 2.0.1)
i used metamorph to add the smoked glass theme
sooo my question is about the launcher
I keep seeing pictures of a 2.1 launcher with buttons(please tell me I can get buttons that work on this rom) I really want to add that 2.1 launche with buttons that work
1. Can any of you droid gurus please give me step by step instructions on how to do this(noob instructions just to be safe)?
2. Also, this question is not as important but I used metamorph to theme the mod, but my contacts or dialer buttons are not themed, isnt this possible?
