    Task bar pull down.

    My inc2 is not rooted but I was wondering if its still possible to change my task bar pull down to red w/o rooting it.

    Unfortunately I am pretty positive changing the color of that requires root. It involves changing an image in the system and I honestly have not heard of a way to do something like that without root. Sorry.

    Is it possible someone could make an app that changes it cause there's apps to change the font color and stuff.. maybe it already exist I just dont know the app Idk..

    Well I suppose anything is possible, however, not being someone who is knowledgeable in writing apps or what it would take to do it, I do not know for sure. More knowledgeable people would be required to answer that

    And you say there is an app to change font color that non-rooted devices can utilize?

    Yes but I don't like it if you were to download it changes the icons to there's and its not my taste but it could be to your likings it's called super status bar. You can put a picture inside if the status bar too its pretty cool
