Wallpaper Transfer. D2 to G'z One Commando

I kind of understand pixels and such, but I tried to make a wallpaper on my D2 via PicSay but everytime we try and put it on her phone the size is way off! Way to large. I tried to make the wallpaper non scrolling to no avail. How can I make the pictures clearer and keep it from resizing itself on her phone? Do I need to pay attention to pixels, screen res, etc? is there a how to guide on some of the tech issues?
not the exact images cuz i know that alot of this is widget based. but the Images themselves
