Added blank folder to home page...how do I delete it!?!?

This is a discussion on Added blank folder to home page...how do I delete it!?!? within the Droid Themes forums, part of the Droid Hacking category; I was playing around on my new driod eris and added a blank folder to the home page. Does anyone know how to delete it?...

    Added blank folder to home page...how do I delete it!?!?

    I was playing around on my new driod eris and added a blank folder to the home page. Does anyone know how to delete it?

    long press on it and drag it to the trashcan in the middle on the bottom

    Long press it and drag it to the bottom tab, which turns into a trash can. Release it when it turns red.

    welcome to the forums! just long-press the folder (touch and hold your finger there), it will vibrate. you will see your app panel at the bottom turn into a trash can. drag the folder that is under your finger to it and release. that's it! you can do it with anything on your home screen and it will simply remove it. BUT if you want to uninstall an app, do the same thing but hold the app over the trash can for a second and a text bubble will pop up that says "drop to uninstall". y bueno
