This is copy pasted from my thread over at xda. All markets tested on my Droid1 running CM7.
I decided to try my hand at making some themed markets. Thanks to 00.ante for the great guild.
These are packed into morphs for easy installing and to theme a few images in framework-res.apk. That is why they are separated into hdpi and mdpi, the actual Vending.apk is the same in both. Tested on a D1 running CM7. The one called WallVending uses your wallpaper as the background, giving it a transparent look without getting too messy.
Instructions:
0. Make a backup, just in case.
1. Goto Manage Applications and uninstall updates on the market.
2. Install using ZipThemer or Metamorph.
3. Reboot.

06-14-2011 04:26 PMI must say thanx a thanx a thousand times for these morphs. I have many themed markets in zips but constantly have force closes if I use them. Never had a problem with them till GB. If I uninstall the updates the zips will work but after a few minutes my market goes back to stock unless I uninstall the updates again. Using zipthemer and these morphs is the solution if you are on GB I just thought that I would share my troubles in case others had the same problem and say thanx again for the awesome work
