[PHONE THEME] Droidinator BY ManigMa {NEW and Improved} Now with Metamorph!!

Weel, it did work great. BUT today I played some more and now have a problem. I used MM to change my theme to ICE by tdawg. That went fine. worked with it for a time. Went back to yours. All seemed to go fine EXCEPT the menu bar at the bottom of the screen. It is not centered and is weird. Instead of being a little red image, the word droid, and a little red image there is only on red image, the word DROID. The red image switches sides after a reboot (battery pull) but never comes back to normal. I have reinstalled it several times but no fix.

Any ideas????

The best thing to do would be to delete your current droidinator file, and redownload the file then re-install. It sounds like something is corrupted. Let me know what happens.

As you susggested, I did a reinstall with a fresh copy of Droidinator. Same problem.

then I started doing some combinations and found that your program works perfect if my home launcher is the 'red' one. If I select the green home, works but not with your icon. Then I found the problem - DXTop. If I select DXtop, your icon is jumbled. The dxtop drawers are not there. Not sure where the problem lies but dxtop is on the sidelines for now.

My setup is Droid 2.0.1, rooted
I have installed the Sholes 1.0 ROM
And now have Droidinator working!

Basically, you figured out the problem yourself , As far as dxtop, I am not sure what the interference is about, but, if you want to use dxtop, you will probably have to reinstall it as well.

Can I get themes on the Eris?

Don't quote me, but I don't believe you can get themes like these until your phone has been rooted, as far as I know, the eris hasn't been rooted yet.

Version 2 is now up with much better, cleaner graphics. ENJOY!!

I downloaded the new version. Ran metamorph. Lots of messages of file not found so skipped. Yes, I have removed some files like CorpCal but have not removed the launcher. I can see the launcher and launcher2 in the system\app file.

Nothing stops, I get to the reboot screen and nothing has changed on my phone. Screen and apps are the same as before I started.

Now, I admit I may have changed to many things all at once. I think I am running the new 1.1 rev of the Sholes Info, Droid is rooted, and trying to install your theme. I say 'think' on the Sholes because I do not know how to check the version. the settings phone just says Sholes Info Droid Edition.

I am going to download V1 and see if I still have a problem.

Attempted the install of the latest version and it installs a few and a lot of them just says they do not exist. May be due to Sholes.info 2.0.1 ROM? Not sure but if you could get a fix I would love to use your theme. I think the problem is that the .thm file is looking for files that simply do not exist in the file.

EDIT: Found a fix to this issue. I think it is caused by MetaMorph not extracting the file correctly but anyway here is how to do it.
First of all before you install any theme you should apply the xStock theme provided by xeudoxus.
1.Locate the DROIDINATOR file that was created by MetaMorph on your sd card or wherever you put the .zip.
2.Second open the .zip and copy all of the files from the .zip to the DROIDINATOR file.
3.Copy and Replace anything it asks you to.
4.Go into MetaMorph and choose Existing Theme.
5.Navigate to your DROIDINATOR folder and choose the DROIDINATOR.thm file
6.Choose Apply All

I just did it on my Droid so it should work. Sholes 2.0.1 Rom.
