About LinkBacksIve been trying to figure this out for a while now. using ninjamorph and know how to substitute in the png files to change the notification pull down image. Figured out how to do all that successfully. Im using the black out theme from fission 2.4.3 and on froyo 2.2. if anyone has suggestions to point me in the right direction i would appreciate it.

05-09-2011 07:54 AMMM isn't working. I tried replacing the status_bar_background.9.png and it isn't transparent. I can get the notificatkon bar transparent but not the pulldown. I tried using the png that I know is transparent and working in the bar and put it in the pulldown and it is just black.

05-09-2011 08:15 AMI know on droidpirate.com there are 2 catagories for the notification bar. One is notification (skins) and the other is notification pulldown or something like that. Make sure you are modding the right framework file.

05-09-2011 08:22 AMWill check that. I can change the image in the pulldown bar tho. I changed it to one with the droid in the corner and that works just fine. so i replaced that, because thats the file for the pulldown, with the one that was transparent from the actual bar itself and no transparency. So idk whats going on there. Ill keep trying tho.

05-09-2011 08:48 AMNot sure either. I'm on liberty so that comes with the dark semi transparent pulldown which I really like. Currently im looking for the gingerbread blue bar and pulldown to match my d2 but i can't find it anywhere. Good luck though

05-09-2011 08:51 AMThanks. I did also try pulling the files from liberty and ninjamorph them in and still isn't coming up transparent. This is frustrating.
