    Question about the pull down note bar background

    I am currently editing my framework and using metamorph to flash it to phone. I created a background for the pull down and gave it a black transparent background but on my phone it is solid.... Why is that???

    Oh and by chance does anyone know if the line drawn on the lock pattern while unlocking an image? Or is that part of something else?
