    Need Major help to install Droid Epicblue liberty app

    I just dont know what am doing wrong after i download the app.. Need help maybe im not downloading correctly or openig app up right, i,m running libert v.2.0 is it on my droid x... i have a rom installer by jrummy installed.. Download EpicBlue Liberty 1.5 X.zip / MIRROR
    Please help i just cant get this to install&open ..app was from stetsonaw i seen on here Thanks any for the HELP!
