    Can't install update.zip Help please

    I received my replacement phone in the mail two days ago. I've been wanting to install one of the themes I used to have, so I downloaded it.
    When I restarted my phone, holding down x and planning to install update.zip, the screen just showed a sign with an exclamation mark and a phone lying on the floor.
    How do I install update.zip?
