02-08-2011 10:13 PMNot being rooted limits some of what you can do. Apps that come pre-loaded on the phone you can't change without root. All market apps can be themed without root. Some have integrated ways to theme them pre-built into the app. ADW, Launcher Pro, Beautiful Widgets, and quite a few others have built in ways to allow you to change the looks. Some other apps that don't have the functionality, you will have to go at a little differently.
Quite a bit of the stuff in this subforum is dealing with rooted phones, although there isn't really a place for non-rooted themers. -
