    wallpapers on internal memory

Isn't it better to store wallpapers on internal memory and have the phone run it from there?

If the wallpaper is on the microsd card, the droid will constantly have to draw out power from the SDcard and it will decrease battery usage

anyone know how to store downloaded wallpapers onto internal storage?

I doubt that it draws from the sd constantly.

Im pretty sure loads it from card to RAM. RAM stores and then lets the CPU access that image information faster than the sd card could transfer. It would only load it once and thats when you start up your phone.

I have over 500 HD Wallpapers on my SDCard, When I am not using the Live Wallpapers I am having them switch every 10mins with wallswitcher....

There is not a significant difference in the amount of power drawn from internal memory vs SDCard memory. Both are fairly efficient as far as power consumptions goes.

When the phone loads a wallpaper, it copies it into memory, no need to use the SD Card afterwards.
