    a little help

    ok my phone is still stock.i have the motorola droid gen 1..i am having some issues with it..first off the phone will get really hot not sure if this is normal on these phones..and second the phone lags really bad. like when i make a call i would press the send button and it takes about 10 secs for it to actually make the call is there anything i can do or should i just take it in to vzw

    Do you have a task killer or anivirus software installed? If so get rid of them and see if the problem persists. If not the only other thing before bringing it back is a factory reset.

    Reboot your phone wait 5 mins turn your phone off take battery out wait 5 mins and put battery back in and turn your phone off. I had same problem and that worked for me
