Periodically lose only home wifi

Have a strange problem with wifi connectivity on my stock MotoDroid running Froyo (though was a problem with 2.1 as well) at home only. Home Wifi through Linksys WRT160NL. Droid sees the network, but every few days cannot connect or acquire IP address.

If I forget the network and change the wifi password, then everything works fine for a few days. (Which is a pain to change password in all the computers in our home connected by wifi.) Just forgetting the network and putting in old password does not help.

Again, Droid can see the network no problem and says it is remembered. Also, other computers on the home network such as our laptops have robust connections and never lose the connection. Also Droid has no problems with other networks such as at work or coffee shop. Happily connects each time I am there.

That is a strange issue. Rebooting doesn't let you connect?

No. I wish it were that simple.

Factory reset is the only thing I can think of, sorry.
