somebody help. urgent. please??

Okay. So here is my problem. I went and downloaded the windows 7 thing. It worked well for a while. And then all of the sudden I got a message. "Windows 7 stopped unexpectedly" I had to force close. Well the msg keeps popping up instantly. So I rebooted the phone. Now it comes up as soon as the phone loads. I tried the hard reset where you turn the phone off and turn it baxk on by holding x and the power button until you see a yellow triangle. Well my problem is... no yellow triangle ever appears. I held the buttons down for about 5 minutes one time. I even tried the camera button and power button.. nothing.. wtf am I supposed to do??? Help me please... thanks.
