Phone is going to hell in a handbasket.

I've been trying to hold out for the galaxy nexus but I don't know how much longer I can hold out. My droid 1 is on it's last legs. It started with being slow, then it would not answer calls or end calls. Now it's locking up all the time, and shutting itself off at random.
I have done a couple factory resets, and formatted the SD card to no avail. anyone have any other things I can try?

I am really hoping the galaxy nexus comes out soon, but I don't know how much longer I can take it, I may have to get a razr instead.

Mine does all of these too, except my battery has only been lasting about an hour or two with no use and it becomes possessed and starts pressing all these buttons and opening apps all by itself. Only one more week till the Galaxy Nexus then this thing is gone!

Well, I am giving up. I'm gonna use my work blackberry until the nexus comes out. Was gonna get a razr and return it but I don't mess with the hassle of that.
