Party Shuffle Auto Turn On

Ok so I think that this is a very uncommon problem but any help would be great. I have the default music player on my phone and I use it A LOT! But recently whenever I place headphones or a stero wire in the phone the party shuffle auto turns on and messes with the songs, and if you turn it off it turns back on in a couple minutes. So to "beat" this problem I downloaded another music player, although this one works fine if I plug in headphones or stero wires then the default music player turns on by itself and goes to party shuffle, stoping the music I have running in my other player. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
